The Palace Hotel was a charming and elegant establishment. I absolutely adored the traditional African artwork that adorned the walls, giving the entire hotel a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and comfortable space for senior guests like myself. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators, which made it easy for me to navigate around the property without any inconvenience.
I would have loved to see more activities and amenities catered towards senior guests during my stay. It would have been wonderful to have organized outings or events specifically designed for older individuals, allowing us to connect and socialize with fellow travelers.

For the price we paid, the Palace Hotel in Mbarara offered great value, with a clean and comfortable room that included a delicious breakfast. The location was peaceful and provided a perfect retreat after a busy day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, going above and beyond to assist me, even when I arrived late at night.

The hotel is like, sooo close to Another Life Club, like 500m away. We partied all night and didn't even have to worry about getting back to our room because it was just a short stumble away. The rooms were clean and the staff was super chill. Plus, they had free Wi-Fi, so we could Snapchat all our epic moments. It was legit awesome!
Okay, so here's the thing. As teenagers who love to party, we wish the hotel had like a DJ or some sick music playing at the pool area.

I always choose this place for my stay. At my first visit, the staff helped me with my room problem even at night. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and more. Coming back for Christmas.

The price was affordable, and the room was clean. The location was convenient, close to various points of interest. The breakfast was decent and helped to start the day.
The staff was uninterested in helping guests and created a negative atmosphere. The lack of amenities made the stay uncomfortable, such as no air conditioning or proper beds.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was very peaceful and homely, providing the perfect atmosphere for a restful sleep. The room I was given was tidy, and the staff were all incredibly helpful and receptive. They even drove me to a nearby restaurant when most places were closed at midnight. Additionally, the breakfast served by this hotel was great value for money, with fantastic vegan options available.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel was perfect in every way, providing clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great facilities.

The hotel was situated in a safe location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was tidy and well-equipped with a good mattress and mosquito netting. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. In addition, the facilities were impressive and the wifi was excellent.
The bathroom facilities were somewhat inconvenient, with the water heater switch located outside the room.

I also appreciated the location being close to the city center and the friendly staff.
Despite repeatedly informing the reception staff that my belongings were moved to another room and missing, no effort was made to compensate or find them.

I enjoyed exploring the garden and lounging in the shared area. The restaurant and bar were great hangout spots. And the free private parking was a bonus!
Who needs air conditioning in a hotel room anyway? Just open the window and let the mosquitoes in for a wild party!
